The Yellowjackets are on their way to getting ready for the upcoming 2010 baseball season. With the first team practice rapidly approaching, the Yellowjacket players are doing everything possible to be ready for the season from lifting weights, to hitting in the shed like senior captain Paul Schlangen. This years team is lead by all senior captains: Paul Schlangen (outfielder), Sean Cummings (infielder), Brett Olson (catcher), and Alex Lagadin (outfielder, pitcher). High expectations have been set by the Yellowjackets this year, going into one of the most talented teams that Schlangen and Cummings have played on.

- The University of Wisconsin Superior baseball team competes in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. The WIAC is noted to be the toughest NCAA Division III baseball conference in the nation. The purpose of the blog is to describe what it is like to be yellowjacket baseball player and to share news about the program through the eyes of our players.
